“We contracted Donncha to assist in writing a business plan. We knew that to try and do this ourselves would have taken a lot of time we didn’t have and we were extremely pleased with the finished product. We are happy to recommend Donncha and we will be using him again.Mairead Maher, Lavida Food – Gluten Free Food for Healthy Celiac- Coeliac Diets (hired Donncha in 2011 to put a structure on their existing business plan in order to present a coherent business message)

Business Plan Preparation : How it works?
To prepare an ‘investor-ready business plan’ I usually meet the client for 6 to 8 hours generally being two half-day on-site to prepare the groundwork for the business plan – after reviewing soft copy information about the business. The business plan will include financial projections in the format required by investors and banks.
It generally takes up to 5 working days to prepare the document to include editing and feedback from the business promoter – this ensures that you have full input while ensuring that the plan is professionally created and delivered on schedule.
